How We Work
Once we receive your call, we will schedule to have a Project Manager come to your home or business to scope the restoration work needed. If it's water damage, time is an important factor and we will respond accordingly. Fire damage and mold growth require special care be taken to restore the building to preloss condition.
We work with many insurance companies on claims, so if needed, you can rest assured we will make any homeowners or commercial claim as smooth as possible. Any work involved insurance will involve communication with appropriate adjusters and claim handlers to make sure everyone is on the same page in regard to the cleanup and restoration. We document every step of the work with pictures and details so that the claim is settled quickly.
